Report content or a problem

Tell us the game date, the nickname or message concerned, what happened and how we can contact you. You can report illegal or harmful content, a child’s identifying information, impersonation or a scoring problem. Do not forward illegal images or send unnecessary personal information.

Andrew reviews reports and can remove inappropriate content or restrict misuse. Reports are handled by a person, not monitored continuously. If someone is in immediate danger in the UK, call 999.

For children and parents

If something worries you, stop and tell your parent or supervising adult. They can contact Andrew to report it or ask for your information to be removed. Use a pretend nickname and emoji, never a child’s photo, school or contact details.

Your information

To request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, include your player nickname and enough context to help Andrew find the record. Do not email identity documents unless Andrew explains why proportionate verification is needed. You may also ask for a review of a moderation decision.

Open your profile, choose the photo option, select an emoji and save. Photos are optional. Supervised children must use an emoji and an adult-managed nickname.
